They have a wide variety of seafood you can call and talk to someone on the phone. Which is how I normally do and just go and pick up the boxes of seafood ordered

Came in the afternoon to pick up some oyster for bbq. Got a large size Pacific oyster, i think they were $75 for 60, maybe. They were plume, juicy, fatty, sweet, and they were all fresh were what my friends said. I think they all want to come back next time. The place was some what shady, and easy to miss. Smell horrible. I had purchased small size pacific oyster from them to eat raw before, and they were super sweet, and buttery. I also had purchased whole scallop from here, they were all dead, smell terrible, and gave me stomach pain even though i cleaned them very carefully, and cooked them well done in butter and herb. Buyer beware!!!!!
Best spot for fresh and affordable seafood!!! I've heard lines can get long so I always go right before they open. There's plenty of parking and street parking as well (I say this only if you go before they open. I have no clue what it's like when it's busy ). Service is always great, they show you everything you're looking for if you want to take a look. It's clean and a lot of open space. My go to place for Oysters, Shrimp and UNI!
I finally had a change to travel to San Jose to check out K&C Food Wholesale for a proper New Year fest. For 2023, our family decided to try a lobster spread instead of our usual Dungeness crab dinner. Stack upon stack of boxes of lobsters are getting snatched up quick when we arrived early morning the day before new year. I went ahead and grabbed a box for myself and share some of the lobsters to my parents and siblings. The amount of oysters and clams K&C have though is pretty awesome. The seller, who was a stand up guy, asked me whether I'll the the oysters cooked or raw. I said to him I love raw and gave me a suggested oyster. (no Kumamoto oyster that day btw) I also grabbed a box of that oysters (sorry, forgot its name!) and also a half tray of uni. (yay!) The lobsters were small to medium sized and I counted 19 in the box. It was delicious and concluded I love claws over the tail. The oysters though were the bomb! The meat is as big as the size of the shell and very succulent and sweet. And the uni? Yum! I'd come back to K&C for its oysters and uni.

Pros: - Their seafood is reliably fresh and great in quality. The rate of getting bad ones in a large batch is about 1-2% in our experience so that is super great value. - Their price is very affordable. Recently we got the pacific oysters of 68$ (3$ credit card charge) for 60 counts. - Service is straight to the point and fast. - Friendly sellers. - Nice variety of seafood Small Cons: - Lack of sufficient parking spaces, small entrance. - Customer service will be slightly faster with a Vietnamese speaker guide going with you. - Lack of digital reliable update of information of what is available All in all, I enjoy the seafood I got from K$C. Will definitely recommend.
